Where is my order
If your order has not arrived within 4 working days from the original order date, please contact our Customer Service team at: firstname.lastname@example.org and this will be investigated.
Depending on the courier that is used for your order we will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible but do have to follow the couriers guidelines for lost or undelivered parcels.

We currently ship to UK based addresses through our website; however, we are able to arrange shipping to other countries at an additional delivery cost.
